There is a problem in touchpad of the laptop and the warranty date in mantioned that I purchased the laptop in 2023 , instead of 2024!

Dear Kuroi,

 

thank you for your previous message. At the moment I have a really serious problem with touchpad of my laptop. I talked also your represantative in Greece, he fixed it temporarily and when I sent him message again, he never replied. I am really dissapointed with HP!
