Hi @AhmedMohamed4,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To download and install touchpad drivers for your HP Laptop PC 15, you can follow these steps.
- Go to the official HP Support website: Visit the HP Support website (https://support.hp.com) using a web browser on your laptop or any other device.
- Identify your laptop model: On the HP Support website, you will find a search numbernumber bar or a section to enter your laptop's model or serial number. Enter the model driver'snumber of your HP Laptop PC 15. You can usually find the model number on a label on the bottom of your laptop.
- Locate the drivers section: Once you've entered your laptop's model number, you should be directed to a support page for your specific laptop model. Look for a section related to "Drivers" or "Driver Downloads."
- Select your operating system: You may need to specify your operating system (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11) if prompted.
- Find the touchpad driver: In the list of drivers, look for the touchpad driver. It may be listed under the category "Input Devices" or "Mouse, Keyboard, and Input Devices." Click on the driver to open its download page.
- Download and install the driver: On the driver download page, you should see a "Download" button or link. Click on it to download the driver file to your laptop. Once the download is complete, run the installer to install the touchpad driver. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Restart your laptop: After the installation is complete, it's a good idea to restart your laptop to ensure that the driver is properly initialized.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
