hello,
my touchscreen is not responding. I have tried everything to download HID- Compliant Touch Screen driver but it did not exist. I had never faced any touch issues since I got my laptop. however, when I do the touch test the touch works well but when I open the windows normally the touch screen does not respond to my orders. I hope someone will help me to solve this.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchscreen is not working on the computer.
