Hey, I have HP ENVY x360 - 15-w102na (ENERGY STAR) with Windows 10 (64-bit) Home. I have a problem with my TouchPad, it doesn't work when i press keys on keyboard. When I press something on keyboard, mouse coursor freezes and I can't move it until I no longer press key. It is bodering me when I play games on my notebook. I tried to install new drivers, but I think it's just a function called SmartSense. Here is screenshot of settings of touchpad clickpad synaptics. I can't turn it off, I move sliders but nothing really changes. If you know how to turn it off, or maybe another solution to this problem, please write! Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
1. Go to the Control Panel (large icon view) then > click Mouse > Device Settings tab > Settings. Under the Synaptics Settings, go to Pointing > Sensitivity > Palmcheck and set the palm sensitivity to the minimum and test the game.
If you continue facing the issue, follow the below steps.
Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTP\Defaults
Change the value of the first 3 string entries of PalmKms to 0.
I recommend creating a backup of your registry if you are not comfortable making changes.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
