touchpad is physically broken, is this replaceable on my HP Pavilion laptop?

the touchpad on my laptop is no longer clicking and gets stuck,  It's physically broken, can this be replaced?

I think you can go to a store and get your touch screen replaced or maybe even do it yourself at home, but I would be careful if you do it at home and inform yourself first.
