Product: HP Spectre X360 Laptop touchpad

we are using HP Spectre X360 Laptop in which mouse touchpad stop working after some time we have regular update our firmware ,bios ,system drivers, operating system , even touchpad replace once by HP team but still same problem , around 1and half year passed and we are facing same problem also we have reinstall the OS but same issue,

it is currently out of warranty .but while in warranty we have logged case multiple time with no proper solution . even we also tell a HP executive about issue but no proper resolution were provided by them . if there is any solution to fix this issue then we will really appreciate .
