Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

No options available for settings of the installed touchpad.  Driver has been updated for the touchpad.  I am a reverse scroller and would love to remain so.  New PC and no options other than mouse properties.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • When was the last time it worked fine? Is this first-time setup?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

I found that you need to access these seeing by opening the Synaptics Touch pad program from the start menu. It cannot be accessed from the computer settings/control panel.

I got it fixed.

Thnx
