HP Recommended

I have an HP Envy and the touchpad repeatedly freezes and I cannot click on anything, I can move the cursor around by that's it. I have read the other threads about this problem and none of the solutions work. There is no update for my drivers and double tapping the left corner does not work. Neither does turning it off and on in the settings. This problem occurs regularly. I will be using my computer and then the touchpad will freeze. This is obviously a big problem as there are MANY threads dedicated to the touchpad freezing. Please help
