Hi my laptop even though it's supposed to be touch screen as (me and my wife got matching ones) unfortunately it's not it seems to be missing the drivers for that feature and hp does not have ones for me to download as the version of Windows 10 I have is apparently too new. how do I download the drivers from scratch as if they never existed, as it seems they haven't

I have already done that this is not a matter of updating any drivers they don't exist on this computer when they should I got two laptops of the exact same thing and the other one works but this one does not why cant you just give the link to download the drivers and software needed.
