I had bought this laptop from Costco a few years ago and the touch screen never worked.  When I would touch the screen, the screen would behave as if I'm randomly touching all spots.  I would have to restart the computer to make it stop.  I disabled touch screen and never used it.  Now, I would like to use the touch screen and it exhibits the same behavior still.  How can I fix this issue as I've tried installing updated drivers.  Seems to me this might have been a faulty touchscreen to begin with maybe?
