Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased two Samsung monitors to be used in my office.  I have one connected using an HDMI cable that works.  I have tried using an HDMI to USB-C cord as the other but nothing shows.  I have updated the drivers as well.  Will my computer not support two monitors?  If it doesn't, what are my options?

I also tried a DisplayPort to USB-C and it gives me the following message:

"Display connection might be limited.  Make sure the DisplayPor device you're connecting to is supported by your PC."

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues? has it ever worked before?

In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!
