I'm trying to connect a second external screen to my laptop. However it is not detected and when I press windlogo p I get the message unable to project to second screen. I've tried reinstalling drivers and installing the Samsung driver for the screen. Thanks for any help

What is your PC 13-be1000 (502Q5AV) machine ? How do you connect them ? Your machine should have all ports shown on the following options
https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/ish_5800660-5800714-16
It has a good USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port (Power Delivery 3.0, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port. You should be able to connect to 2 external monitors:
- Monitor 1: Using HDMI port
- Monitor 2: Using USB-C monitor OR USB-C to DP adapter (some USB-C HDMI adapters may work).
Note: Your machine is a good candidate for HP USB-C G5 (5TW10AA) dock.
