When i'm on facebook or playing a game like "words with friends" at random times a box pops up on screen asking

and i am not clicking the right side button on my mouse.

Are you using a wireless mouse or the built-in touchpad?  Have you ensured that your wrist/fingers aren't accidentally making contact with the touchpad?  Is this something that recently started happening?

i have a wire less mouse and it has just started happening over the last few weeks

i do not think i am hitting right side of mouse inadvertantley, and with the mouse i'm not near the touchpad

i will be extra careful and see how it goes
