Ive just updated my Adobe Premiere elements software to the 2022 version and now all the video playback in the app had a green smeary cast, see screenshot. Its been suggested that I need to get an updated driver for my graphics card which is a Nvidia Geforce GTX. The Nvidia website recommends going through the manufacturers update system but I cant see how to do that on the HP assistant site??

Hi:
The newest driver HP has for the Nvidia graphics adapter your notebook comes with is this one...
25.21.14.1616
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92641.exe
Since your notebook has the Intel/Nvidia switchable graphics, if you install the latest driver from the Nvidia website it may cause the switchable graphics not to work.

You're very welcome, John.
Check the installed nvidia driver version and date against the one I posted.
On the support page, the release date of the above driver is Nov 16, 2018.
The actual driver date sjhown in Windows will be a bit older.

Hi, John:
Sorry that driver didn't work.
Other than experimenting with the driver directly from Nvidia (which may make a bad situation worse), I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
