Hello.

I am writing about a display problem that occurred after taking the laptop to have the battery changed and an internal cleaning done.
At the default settings = 100% screen, the icons are very small and almost illegible.

To have decent readability, I have to keep the screen at 150%, but then the icons and some writings are blurry, the writings in Office are messed up, some very small, some large, some blurry.
When accessing the virtual environment Windows Xp Mode, the writings are also microscopic, and therefore it is useless.

What to do?

Hello @orso11

When using the zoomed in test you can use ClearType from the settings to try and clear up the issue.  Also have you checked the icon size when not using to 150%.  You may be able to make them larger and enlarging the text.  There is also a Text size setting in windows.  If you do use the zoomed in option, check the ClearType and make sure it is set up for the zoom you are using.

Thank you,

Chris A
