Hi, I'm having problem after completly in place insallation of Windosw 10 Version 2004, The problem are about video card and screen brightness bar. I can't install the drivers advised by Hp ( by serial numer of my pc in HP driver website ) that during the installation i get blu screen error and pc restart.
About the screen after that update I cant modify the brigthnees of my screen because the Windows bar disappeared.

Try to enable Legacy Mode in BIOS and install latest driver from AMD https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-series-processors/amd-a10-series-apu-for-laptops/6th-gen-a10-...

Hi , thank you for the reply , but it doesnt work.
I had already installed Hp Support Assistant and i launched already all scans possible, i dont get any warms,
I updated the bios also before, when i launch the installation of th driver for video card that you indicated me , it starts and then i get blu screen and restarting.

Since you have already tried most of the troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue, HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive.
You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system. •

Hi , I followed your instruction to enable Legacy mode and from the first restart reappeared the windows brightness bar and also the AMD control panel that i Installed before and ( didnt work ) shows that my drivers are updated and works properly.
