Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some time ago videos on all sites like youtube started to lagging when watching. The sound are fine but the video just laggs all the time. I have tried re-instal the computer and take awerything away but still the same thing happends. The internet connection is fine so thats not the problem. The computer is 2 years now but havent been used much at all. somethin more i can try whit?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  
Let's reset Internet Explorer settings:

  1. Close all open windows and programs.
  2. Open Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet options.
  3. Select the Advanced tab.
  4. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, select Reset.
  5. In the box, Are you sure you want to reset all Internet Explorer settings?, select Reset.

Once it's done restart your computer and try playing online videos.
