web camera not working

my web camra dosn't work at all

i just bought this laptop it's new

i updated the os 

and updated the driver (from the internet(aut search))

    HP Pavilion 15-bc000nx (ENERGY STAR)

Could you install the Cyberlink YouCam Software and check is the webcam is working with it ?

Also , Make sure the built in cam is enabled in the BIOS
