Product: 2JR17PA#ACJ
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm using the HP br011tx model. I've noticed that the webcam has a blurry quality to it, while it is supposed to be HD. I've tried contacting HP support and also had an engineer visit me. Inspite of trying to update/ reisntall the driver and update the bios version, it is still blurry. Also, I've used YouCam software which doesn't even improve the quality one bit. Suggest a solution

I understand that you're facing webcam quality issues on your HP Notebook - 15g-br011tx. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.

 

As all troubleshooting has been performed I suggest you to contact our HP phone support to check the available service options for your laptop.
