I'm using the HP br011tx model. I've noticed that the webcam has a blurry quality to it, while it is supposed to be HD. I've tried contacting HP support and also had an engineer visit me. Inspite of trying to update/ reisntall the driver and update the bios version, it is still blurry. Also, I've used YouCam software which doesn't even improve the quality one bit. Suggest a solution
