I'm not able to access the webcam on my system.

I can't find it in the devices either.

I dit already a complete reset of the system.

Is there a way to add the device manually ? With scan for new hardware it doesn't find it.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the webcam is not working on your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

You cannot add the webcam manually. The webcam is a plug and play device and should be detected automatically on the computer. However, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

I contacted HP again and made an appointment with a technician because it seems a hardware issue.
