I think a recent update, or resetting the BIOS, messed up my drivers. When I use an HDMI-to-HDMI cable to extend my desktop, the monitor recognizes that it's plugged in because the "No Signal" disappears and it goes to sleep. But when I try to extend my desktop, my laptop doesn't recognize my external monitor. Also, my Windows Night Light function appears to be active in my system tray/button panel, but my screen's color is not adjusting accordingly. I've tried reinstalling a few of the display drivers, but that doesn't seem to have helped. Is there another driver I need to try?
