- hello ma'am/sir, I have a concern with my new bought laptop. It has small white dot on the screen. The seller gave us the display one since the unit is sold out. I want to clean it. But I'm not a technician.

If the white dot only shows when the display is turned on, my guess is that it is (at least) one dead pixel -- and if that is the case, cleaning will make no difference. And with one dead pixel, the screen is failing and will only get worse.
You need to take this back, tell them about the dead pixel and demand a replacement screen -- as they sold you a screen that is already defective.
