why does my wallpaper regularly change?

I like my 17" HP Envy 4K wallpaper changing regularly. What service makes this happen? I don't want Microsoft's "Getting new wallpapers every day from Microsoft" because every image includes "Bing" in the bottom right corner.

If you don't want the background on your screen to change, simply choose one the available pictures or browse your computer and select an image of your own to display as wallpaper.

Example

Settings > Personalization > Background

In "Background" drop-down menu > Select Picture

Under "Choose your picture"

Select one of the available stock wall papers

Else

Browse and select one of your own images

Under "Choose a fit"

Select an option from the drop-down menu

The same can be done for the "Lock Screen" .

Lock Screen also includes other options - select as wanted...
