Product: compaq presario CQ56
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i reset my laptop ,when it was done my mouse would not work went into device and printers DESKTOP-016N8B5 had an orange triangle with an exclaimation mark in it .ran the troubleshooter and it finished with the message driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry  any ideas what to do now thanks
