Product: Pavilion notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop won't boot into windows 10 and it is with a black screen with a blinking mouse cursor. I even reset the laptop but it's the same. how to fix this thing. and when I go to open the Cmd and there is a user called defaultuser0. and i don't know the password
