Hi @samir811

Welcome to the HP Support Community! Thanks for posting your query!

We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how concerning it must be to see colored lines appear on your laptop display, especially when there’s been no physical damage. To narrow down what’s happening, let’s gather a bit more detail so we can isolate the cause clearly:

  • Do the colored lines appear all the time, or only when running certain applications or after startup?
  • Are the lines static (always in the same place) or do they move/change when the screen content changes?
  • If you connect the laptop to an external monitor, do the lines show up there as well?
  • Have there been any recent updates to graphics drivers or Windows before this started?
  • Is the display otherwise functioning normally—brightness, colors, and responsiveness?
  • Could you describe whether the lines are vertical, horizontal, or scattered?

Once I know these specifics, we can determine if the issue is related to the display panel itself, the graphics driver, or the system board. Would you share a bit more about how and when the lines appear?

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
