my screen goes randomly black , still the pc is working.

when it comes back there is no way to   change or dim brightness . to do so i have to reboot my pc.

some times also my screen goes black and i cant do anything and the only way is to reboot my pc.

 

it seems that is graphic card issue . my drivers are at the latest versions.

the black screen comes randomly as the pc is working. not at the startup. 

battery is not detachable.

none of this steps delivers any solution to the problem.

I think it's a Windows 11 Video Display Driver Issue. Have you thought of rolling back to Windows 10 to see of it will fix the problem.
