Product: HP Pavilion 15-b142dx Sleekbook
When I try to access hp.com/555 or just hp.com on a sleekbook with win10, I get blocked stating the site is not safe and cannot get around it. I have deleted Norton, disabled all Defender settings, unistalled a win security update, went back to a previous restore. Also went to a backup filesand reinstalled. Rand DISM and SCF. All to no avail. I can access these sites on a 2023 Laptop pc with win 11, and a old desktop with win 10 just fine. The only difference I can see is that the two that work have a blue start button when I hover over it but the failing one has a red start button. Any thoughts?
