I recently got a new HP 15 laptop, and I have been having problems over the last 2 weeks. The internet randomly stops working, and when I turn Wi-Fi off and on, it says 'No connections available.' I ran a troubleshooter, which required the network adapter to be reset. Once that happened, the internet would run incredibly slow, only spiking in speed once or twice per minute. Even right now, it takes at least 15-30 seconds to load a page. I restarted the PC and the problem still occurs. What can I do? Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer if you have not done so already would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for that model Wi-Fi adapter.

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
