Product: 15-dy2024nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Since I got this laptop it will completely lose WiFi and all settings. There is no setting or network adapter. Then a few days later for whatever reason it starts working and it’s all back. Please help as I need this to work very badly.

I see that you are using a Windows 11 Operating System. Windows 11 driver compatibility has been an issue for a while now and most forums suggest not upgrading to Windows 11 until the bug has been fixed on the problematic operating system.

 

Your best bet will be to install windows 10 for a while until Windows 11 is properly taken care of.

I have the same model and the laptop came with Windows 11 installed. Windows 11 has been available for seven months, and was in pre release before that. When will HP release compatible drivers?
