Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got this computer January 2021 I have never used it successfully. It runs so slow. Task manager has a lot of things running not sure what to close. I did not download anything not sure what is going on. I did do a factory reset. Called hp no help. Said it is my fault. I will never buy another hp.
