HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0017nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I'm the owner of a 2020 Hp Spectre X360 eb0017nl.

Few days ago bloototh stopped to work and after two days also the wifi. SW buttons to start and stop the WIFI an BT are no more present on the notification areas. In the device manager the BT is no more present while the WIFI module reports a yellow triangle. The error message in the device manager is  CODE 10: the device cannot start.

I tried:

-to select a previous restore point,

-to uninstall and reinstall the drivers,

-to update them in the HP and Intel website and

-to update the O.S. to W11.

The problem still remain.

I've read the same problem on this forum also from other guys and still remains unsolved.

Seems to be an HW problem. The problem in this kind of PC is that the module is soldered on the motherboard, differently from other PC where it is removable. So repairing seems to te difficult or almost impossible without replacing an expensive motherboard.

Please, can you help to provide other solution to fix the problem, before to consider this PC unusable?

Thanks in advance

Mauro
