You're very welcome.
That is correct.
That model wifi hardware cannot connect to the 5.0 GHz wifi band.
I think your notebook's model series has a BIOS whitelist that would prevent installing a different internal wifi card.
If you want dual band wifi, you would need to purchase an external USB dual band wifi adapter.
They make some small nano USB adapters that hardly stick out of the USB port.

Hi:
The Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter is a single band (2.4 GHz) wifi card only.
Anytime you see a wireless N adapter with a suffix that ends in b/g/n that means it is a 2.4 GHz wifi N adapter only.
Dual band wifi N adapters have suffixes that end in a/b/g/n or a/g/n.

Thanks for the clarification.
Does this mean I can never access 5Ghz wifi from this computer ?
Or can i install a newer version of network adapter that will let me access 5Ghz wifi ?
Any other solution to connect to my 5G wifi ?
