HP 15-F222WM 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi and I hope all is well with everyone!! This is literally my 3RD TIME coming back to ask this question. I have a HP 15-F222WM 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop and I accidentally uninstalled the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter while cleaning out my computer. I literally have class on MONDAY so you can understand my frustration. A very helpful person tried to help by sending me these links to install:

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98235.exe

and

 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73310.exe

But after downloading and installing the first link, it did nothing at all. Now the SECOND LINK worked for 2 or 3 days and when my computer restarted for updates, no more WiFi. I tried reinstalling everything and at this point I am desperate. Please help

@DomConWat

Please try to perform a clean install wifi driver:

(a) Download  and save the following software to your machine (you probably still keep it)

           https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98235.exe

(b) Use Device Manager to uninstall Realtek wifi driver

(c) Reboot machine

(d) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,

(e) Reboot machine

Hope this helps

Regards.
