HP ENVY x360 - 15-bq150na.
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Morning All..

I have an HP ENVY x360 - 15-bq150na. 2 in 1 Laptop and would like to add a 4G mobile Internet card to the device. Can anyone advise me if this is possible if HP would do it as a chargeable service (If its Invalidates the warranty), and the correct part number for the model listed above?

Hey there! @Ghost16,  Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand you would like to know if you can add 4G mobile internet card on your PC.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

The part you are willing to upgrade is a non-customer accessible/non-upgradeable part.

Also, while replacing the part if there is a damage on your PC it is not covered within regular warranty.

However, you can buy a external USB 4g wireless dongle and use it on your PC.

You can buy the part from any computer store or from any online websites.

Hope this answers your query!
Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂

@Ghost16, Thanks for your quick response.

I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.

I understand your concern but the laptop needs to have a ready sim slot in it. In order to use the 4G mobile internet.

However, as the laptop was not shipped with a ready sim slot you cannot upgrade the part on your laptop.

Have a pleasant day ahead!

Take Care! 🙂
