hello

apparently my laptop forgot the password therefor i am locked out of the bios. its asking me for the admin password and after three tries it kicks back error message (8466278). can someone please help? thank u kindley and the best to all....Jake

Hi,

 

Check the halt code you've posted as it should contain 8 digits.

that did indeed work however now its asking me for a PIN or PASSWORD and frankly, i forget! its been several months using that laptop. any suggestions?
