Airplane mode turning itself on repeatedly

Hi there - I have an HP Spectre 13 Pro 64k, running windows 10.  Despite 'permanently' disabling airplane mode through the windows smart centre, airplane mode is coming on at random times, several times a day.  This happens across multiple use cases, including when I am on a webcast and not using the keyboard or mouse (eg no accidental use of shortcuts).  The orange light on the F12 key lights up when this happens.  Can anyone help me please?

I see you are experiencing Airplane mode issues with the HP Spectre 13 Pro Notebook PC.

I have a few recommendations 

• Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
• Try updating the network drivers from HP.COM
• You can try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
