I installed Nordvpn and had all sorts of issues so I deleted it and got my money back. Now I can't print from my laptop to the printer in Mozzilla Firefox. I've tried deleting the printer and reinstalling and installing via the ips, but no luck.  Any ideas?

If you're unable to print from Mozilla Firefox to your HP wireless printer after uninstalling NordVPN, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you:

1. Verify Printer Connection and Settings

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure Printer is On: Make sure your printer is powered on and connected to your wireless network.
  • Print Test Page: Try printing a test page from the printer’s control panel to ensure it’s working properly.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Default Printer: Ensure your HP printer is set as the default printer on your laptop. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners and select your HP printer as the default.

2. Update Printer Drivers

Download Latest Drivers:

  • Visit HP Support: Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Install Drivers: Follow the installation instructions to update or reinstall the printer drivers.

Run Printer Troubleshooter:

  • Open Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Printer.
