I installed Nordvpn and had all sorts of issues so I deleted it and got my money back. Now I can't print from my laptop to the printer in Mozzilla Firefox. I've tried deleting the printer and reinstalling and installing via the ips, but no luck. Any ideas?

Hi @Rolffa,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're unable to print from Mozilla Firefox to your HP wireless printer after uninstalling NordVPN, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you:
1. Verify Printer Connection and Settings
Check Printer Status:
- Ensure Printer is On: Make sure your printer is powered on and connected to your wireless network.
- Print Test Page: Try printing a test page from the printer’s control panel to ensure it’s working properly.
Check Printer Settings:
- Default Printer: Ensure your HP printer is set as the default printer on your laptop. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners and select your HP printer as the default.
2. Update Printer Drivers
Download Latest Drivers:
- Visit HP Support: Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Install Drivers: Follow the installation instructions to update or reinstall the printer drivers.
Run Printer Troubleshooter:
- Open Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Printer.
- Follow Prompts: Run the troubleshooter and follow the prompts to detect and fix any issues.
3. Clear Mozilla Firefox Print Settings
Check Print Settings:
- Open Firefox: Launch Mozilla Firefox.
- Open Print Dialog: Go to File > Print or press Ctrl + P.
- Check Printer Selection: Ensure that your HP printer is selected in the print dialog.
Reset Print Settings:
- Clear Firefox Print Settings: Go to aboutin the Firefox address bar and search for print.print_printer. Reset any settings related to printing to their default values.
- Clear Cache: Clear Firefox’s cache by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data.
4. Reconfigure Network Settings
Verify Network Connection:
- Check Network: Ensure your laptop and printer are on the same wireless network.
Re-add Printer:
- Remove and Re-add Printer: Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners, remove your HP printer, and then click Add a printer or scanner to re-add it.
5. Reinstall Firefox
- Uninstall and Reinstall Firefox:
- Uninstall: Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, find Mozilla Firefox, and uninstall it.
- Download and Reinstall: Download the latest version of Firefox from the Mozilla website and install it.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
