Atheros AR 5007 802.11 b/g driver update 9.2.0.444

I am looking specifically for driver update 9.20.444 for the Atheros AR5007802.11b/g.

I saw in an archived discussion that this driver update resolved for several users the exact same ethernet connection and wifi issues I have be experiencing as I try to refurbish an old Compaq laptop.

The specific driver build I am looking for is 9.2.0.444.  I was posted for download on an ftp site (that is no longer active) many moons ago by Paul_Tikkanen.  I pasted Paul's post below.  In the hope that Paul may read this post and still have that driver archived an might repost:
