Your machine does not have Bluetooth. It only has 802.11b/g/n WLAN, its specs

No hardware, driver won't work. Option

There are many brands and models around, cheaper too.

@banhien I have a similar question, my pc is an HP 15-f272wm. I know I do not have Bluetooth installed, what I am wondering is where/what can I buy to replace the chip in the computer. Under the door where the memory is located, there is a chip with an antenna connection which I believe is the current WiFi chip. So if I am not mistaken, I could/would replace that chip with one supporting Bluetooth, and also I could maybe upgrade the WiFi to 802.11ac by replacing that chip. I just don't know what/where to buy.

Your machine was built around 2014, the chane to upgrade wifi card to AC is 50/50 one more thing: your machine only has ONE antenna therefore you won't be able to get full benefit of Dual band cards.

People say the following cards may work (again only 50/50)

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 Combo Adapter (non vPRO) 784644-005
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + BT 4.0 Combo Adapter 806723-005

Regards.

Ok, so the one card doesn't fit at all. Before ordering, I didn't think to compare the dimensions of the card I had to the picture of the card I was ordering.

The card I've had in my laptop(in case you can't read it, the part number is 709505-001):

67177159-E064-4D3F-84F0-236874CBD258.jpeg

The picture from Amazon of the card I bought(PN 7265NGW):

While now that I've gotten the card, I've realized that the PNs don't quite match up. When I first searched for the cards you told me about, I guess I expected the search results to be more accurate. Foolish of me.

Searching again(and this time paying more attention to the PNs listed), I found these cards(for neither of which can I find any pictures):

https://www.amazon.com/784644-005-WLAN-11AC-PCle-NGFF/dp/B01MU32OHC/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=HP+784644-00...

https://www.amazon.com/HP-806723-005-Wireless-AC-Bluetooth-combination/dp/B01N4GF28B

So, in your expert opinion, which of these do you think would at least fit the profile of my card(perhaps you can find pictures of these cards?)?

That said, I hadn't considered the possibility of dual wireless, with two antennas until after you mentioned that. So, I find myself wondering, is it feasible to add a second antenna?
