Product: HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The Automatic Update feature on my printer refuses to connect. The printer shows a connection to my wifi but does not make a connection to the web server. Could this be that my printer in no longer serviced by HP? Any thoughts? I have downloaded the latest installation software and used the Scan Doctor and other diagnostic features.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to connect to web services.

 

Try the below suggestions -

  1. Make sure your printer supports Web Services
  2. Check the connection
  3. Restart the printer, router, and computer
  4. Turn on Web Services from the Embedded Web Server (EWS)
  5. Check internet proxy settings
  6. Update the printer firmware
  7. Update the router firmware
  8. Restore factory defaults on your HP printer
