The Automatic Update feature on my printer refuses to connect. The printer shows a connection to my wifi but does not make a connection to the web server. Could this be that my printer in no longer serviced by HP? Any thoughts? I have downloaded the latest installation software and used the Scan Doctor and other diagnostic features.

I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to connect to web services.
Try the below suggestions -
- Make sure your printer supports Web Services
- Check the connection
- Restart the printer, router, and computer
- Turn on Web Services from the Embedded Web Server (EWS)
- Check internet proxy settings
- Update the printer firmware
- Update the router firmware
- Restore factory defaults on your HP printer
