When I turn my computer, or when I enable my wireless device, I can see all available networks. Whenever I try to connect to a known good network (my phone connects no issue) my laptop will not connect, and when I hit okay, all the networks disappear until I turn my wireless device off and back on again.

Hi
Run a deep scan with an Anti-Virus, then something like MalwareBytes, and finally use a root kit revealer..... https://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads/tdsskiller
09-12-2019 12:15 PM
I did all of this, found 0 issues. I even did a system restore to a point where it did work and nothing changed.
For further information, I can get wifi in one of the buildings I have class in, but not in the other. It sees the networks, then fails to connect, then all the networks disappear until I turn the hardware off and back on again, then the cycle begins again.

Hi
So if the adapter is a dual band 2.4 and 5.0 gHz then it should locate most networks.
Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB.bat (not a .TXT) and double click to run.
Preferably run as an Administrator.
OR copy and use the individual command lines as needed.
Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.
