Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
I looked up your product specifications (Click here to view) and I'm afraid this product does not have a Bluetooth,
That said, you can always click on the link I had shared earlier for reference and get yourself an external USB Bluetooth adapter that should service your need and help to connect the UE boom to your PC.
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask any other queries as well,
Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Thank you for joining HP Forums.
I'll be glad to help you 🙂
As I understand you want to find the Bluetooth on your PC,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
The Bluetooth device is model dependent and it's possible your model doesn't have a Bluetooth if you could provide the above information I could obtain the precise details for you.
That said, The most common use of Bluetooth is to sync data with a phone which you can do with USB or to attach a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard or headset, although, If you feel you are missing something it's really easy to add Bluetooth to a computer via a USB Bluetooth dongle.
(The above link is 3rd party and is not owned by HP, I've posted this only so that I may help you resolve this issue by going beyond by support boundaries, please ignore the ads and take only the free suggestions)
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
Eager to help!
If I have helped you resolve the issue,
feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon
followed by clicking on 'Accepted as Solution'
And Have a great day Ahead!
