I HAVE HP NOTEBOOK HAVING WINDOWS 8.1 INSTALLED IN IT. MY BLUETOOTH DEVICE IS NOT RECOGNISING ANY DEVICE. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET OUT OF THIS ISSUE.

Hi:
Your model notebook is not supported by HP for W8.1.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the W8.1 bluetooth driver for the Realtek RTL8723BE-VB 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter your notebook comes with, since it probably needs the correct bluetooth driver.
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models that are running a supported operating system.
