I unable to switch my bluetooth device on,

May be there is a problem with driver,

Will you please send me the link or 

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

You Blue Tooth driver is likely to be one of these 2

This package contains the driver installation package for the Mediatek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
