BSOD and WIFI adapter issue

Hello I really hope someone could help me with this. I’ve been getting BSOD( blue screen of death) and the problem statement was : System Thread Exception Not Handled (rtbth.sys). And after my laptop starts up the WiFi adapter and Bluetooth adapters are all missing. I’ve tried scanning for hardware changes in device manager which brought back the drivers last time but now it’s not working. I can’t use the WiFi due to this.

I would test FULLY the RAM, using memtest86 or similar.

If i doubt please ask.

Hello buddy thanks for giving me solutions. I tested the RAM and it seams to be fine. Thus I downloaded the drivers you provied and the WIFI looks to be stable. If thers any problems later on i hope it would be okay to send you a message.
