Make sure you have BIOS F.16 or later
You mentioned "specific WiFis". I assume your home router works ok but the problem is with the WWLAN (cellular)? Your manual mentions optional wide band hardware such as SIM chips for mobile use. Is the problem only mobile?

Did your system come with FreeDos instead of windows? The reason I ask is because I was looking at all the specifications of the 2V8Z5AV
The OS listed is only FreeDos. Many system have "Realtek Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 6™ (2x2)" but do not list the chip. Are you sure you have the RTL8852ae? I have no knowledge of FreeDos drivers for any Realtek devices. Other OEMs (not just HP) show problems and some users have upgraded to Intel AX200 and AX210 in windows (not FreeDos). This user got a huge improvement in the 5ghz by DISABLEING the 2.4ghz band.
If I understand you correctly, 5ghz works fine at home but not 2.4?
And at school you can use 5ghz but cannot use mobile (cellular).?
if the mobile cannot connect possibly the encryption is not available and that crashed the mobile windows network driver.
I am not familiar with WWAN or mobile wifi drivers and laptops. Possibly our senior expect @Paul_Tikkanen might be able to help. All i can suggest is to not use the mobile and disable the 2.4ghz band.

Your notebook does not support an internal mobile broadband (WWAN) adapter, so I wouldn't be able to help you with that because I don't understand the problem.
The only thing you can do with your notebook regarding mobile broadband is to connect by Wi-Fi tethering to your cell phone.
For what it is worth there is a newer Wi-Fi driver Realtek released to HP this month:
This one:
6001.10.356.2 July 12, 2024.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp155001-155500/sp155074.exe
However, the release notes for the driver do not indicate fixing any issues that you are experiencing.
