Hi,
I recently upgraded to windows 10, before this I cleared my PC using "Disk Sanitizer" option in BIOS, I'm having problem to turn on Bluetooth. While troubleshooting Bluetooth, windows says your device does not have Bluetooth, I updated by BIOS also, there also I can not find BT-Radio to turn on. But you can see in specification section on HP website about HP EliteBook 8470p(my device), it have Inbuilt Bluetooth.
How do I turn my Bluetooth on, and from where?

The series supports for the following WLAN formats:
● Atheros WB225 1×1 802.11b/g/n Bluetooth Combo Adapter
● Broadcom 43228 802.11abgn 2×2 Wi-Fi Adapter
● Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 Combo Adapter
● Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 WLAN module
● Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 WLAN module
● Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200 802.11b/g/n 2×2 WiFi Adapter
As you can see: only few options have Bluetooth. What is Wifi option on your machine ? You can work this out: it has BT or NOT.
Regards.
