Recently started having issues with BT. I've had system for over 1 year and no problems. Recently started having issues with BT connectivity. I've reinstalled WIN 10 and even tried WIN 11 and problem remains. BT is recognized and when I scan for other BT accesories, my TV and by BT enabled hearing aids, the items show as discovered. When I try and connect my hearing aids, the screen shows a connection but no sound is available. What I am seeing is the BT hearing aids are paired, they will connect and disconnect within 5-10 seconds.
I've used device manager to to look for updated drivers, I've uninstalled and re-installed BT under device manager. Not sure what next step should be.

Hi@DACZ, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Check if Bluetooth connection on the other devices make sure to disable or turn it off BT ?
Please share the product number of your PC to assist you better.
Excellent description and a great diagnosis are done. It is greatly appreciated.
Here are a few steps that should help resolve the issue:
(Step 1) Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot . Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth, select Run the troubleshooter, and follow the instructions.
(Step2) Uninstall the Bluetooth adapter in Device Manager
If you don't see the Bluetooth icon, but Bluetooth does appear in Device Manager, try uninstalling the Bluetooth adapter, shutting down your PC, and triggering an automatic driver reinstall:
- In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.
- In Device Manager, select Bluetooth. Press and hold (or right-click) the Bluetooth adapter name (which may include the word “radio”), and select Uninstall device.
- Select the Start button, then select Power > Shut down.
- After your device shuts down, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Windows will try to reinstall the driver.
- If Windows doesn't reinstall the driver automatically, open Device Manager and select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
If the issue persists, update the wireless card and BIOS drivers from the HP website: click here to find and install the same.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
