Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep having problems with my bluetooth system's wired right satelite speaker. It keeps cutting off and on after hearing buzzing noises. I've tried multiple things. I've updated drivers in device manager and restarted bluetooth support service. Nothing was resolved. What is the problem, and what else can I do?

I only can tell you that It is a 2016 Model with a built in battery, and the product and model nuber is not on the back
